At checkout, choose “Store it in my vault (free)”. Your account is created as you order.

Once your payment is confirmed, the grams appear in My Vault with their live value, updated every hour.

Sell back to us at the live price, or ask for your bars to be delivered, whenever you are ready.

Every order gives you two options. You can change your mind later: stored metal can be delivered whenever you ask.
Your bars stay with us. You see their live value in My Vault, can sell them at any time and can request delivery whenever you want.
Your bars are added to your vault first, then prepared and shipped to your address. Every step shows in My Vault, with tracking once your parcel is dispatched.

Yes. The dealer margin you pay at checkout covers storage. There are no monthly or annual storage fees, however long you keep your metal with us.
Who owns the metal in my vault?
You do. Every gram you buy is recorded against your account, and My Vault shows your full history of purchases, sales and deliveries.
How do I sell my stored metal?
Open My Vault and choose Sell. Enter the grams and where you want to be paid. The live price is fixed when you submit and held for 24 hours while our team reviews and sends your payment.
How do I get my bars delivered?
Open My Vault and choose Request delivery. Tell us how much metal and where it should go, and our team will contact you to arrange the delivery.
