Gold and silver prices move constantly, and every order is priced at the live market rate the moment it is placed. That is why all sales are final.

Once an order is placed, we do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations. This applies to every gold and silver bar we sell, whether you store it in your vault or have it shipped to you, and it includes the dealer margin added at checkout.

The price of each bar is set by the live international gold or silver price at the moment you order, and we secure your metal at that price. Because the market can move at any time, we are not able to take back or refund bullion once it has been sold.

Because orders cannot be changed or cancelled, please check these details before you place your order:

The metal, bar sizes and quantities in your cart.
•
The total, including the dealer margin.
•
Whether you want your metal stored in your vault or shipped to you.
•
Your delivery address and phone number, if you chose shipping.

If you no longer want metal that is stored in your vault, you can sell it back to us from My Vault at the live market price. The price is fixed when you submit your sell request and held for 24 hours while our team reviews it and sends your payment.
A sale back is a new transaction at the market price, not a refund, so the amount you receive may be more or less than you paid. For bars that have already been delivered to you, contact our team to discuss selling them back.

Please check your bars when they are delivered. If a bar arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos. Once we have confirmed the problem, we will replace it with the correct bar. This is a replacement, not a refund.

In the rare case that we cannot complete your order, for example because a bar is unavailable or the price shown was clearly wrong, we will contact you and return the full amount you paid.
