Prices, purity, bar sizes and how to pay.
How are your prices set?
Our prices follow the live international spot price for gold and silver, updated every hour and converted to your currency. A dealer margin is added at checkout, and you see the full price before you pay.
What purity are your bars?
Our gold bars are 999.9 fine gold and our silver bars are 999 fine silver.
Which bar sizes can I buy?
Bars range from 1 gram to 1 kilogram: 1g, 5g, 10g, 12g, 15g, 20g, 25g, 50g, 100g, 500g and 1kg. Availability can vary by metal.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. Your account is created during checkout. It is where your metal is recorded and where you sell or request delivery later.
How can I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard. Metal is added to your vault once your payment has been confirmed.
02 · Storage
How free vault storage works and where to follow your holdings.
Is vault storage really free?
Yes. Choose “Store it in my vault (free)” at checkout and there are no storage fees, however long you keep your metal with us.
Where can I see my holdings?
Sign in and open My Vault. It shows your grams of gold and silver, their live value updated every hour, and the full history of your purchases, sales and deliveries.
Can I take delivery of stored metal later?
Yes. Open My Vault and choose Request delivery whenever you are ready. Our team will contact you to arrange it.
03 · Selling
How to sell your metal and get paid.
How do I sell my metal?
Open My Vault, choose Sell, enter the grams you want to sell and where you want to be paid, then submit your request.
Which price will I get?
The live price is fixed when you submit your request and held for 24 hours while our team reviews it.
How will I be paid?
Once your sale is approved, we pay you by bank transfer, mobile money or PayPal, whichever you choose in your request.
Why do you need my ID?
Before your first sale we verify your identity. This protects your account and helps us meet our legal and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Is there a minimum I can sell?
Yes. The minimum sale is 1 gram.
04 · Delivery
Getting your bars into your hands.
How does “Ship it to me” work?
Your bars are added to your vault first, then prepared and shipped to your address. Each step shows in My Vault, and you receive tracking once your parcel is dispatched.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship with trusted couriers including UPS, FedEx and DHL.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on your location and the size of your order. Shipping charges are shown at checkout, and for deliveries from your vault our team confirms the details with you first.
05 · Account
Security, cancellations and getting in touch.
Can I cancel an order or get a refund?
Because bullion prices move with the market, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. You can sell your metal back to us at the live price at any time. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
How is my account protected?
Your vault is only accessible after you sign in, and we verify your identity before any metal is sold. Use a strong, unique password and never share it.
