The terms that apply when you use our website and buy, store, sell or take delivery of gold and silver bars with Billionaires Gold Holdings.
Last updated: 28 October 2026
01
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of billionairesgoldholdings.com and every purchase, storage, sale and delivery of gold and silver made through it. Billionaires Gold Holdings (“we”, “us”, “our”) is based in Tanzania.
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. Please read them carefully before you buy.
02
You need an account to buy, store or sell metal with us. When you open one:
•
you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract;
•
the details you give us must be accurate, and you must keep them up to date;
•
you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account;
•
you may hold one account only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
03
We sell gold bars of 999.9 fineness and silver bars of 999 fineness, in sizes from 1 gram to 1 kilogram. Product images are for illustration, and the design or brand of a bar may vary.
Our prices follow the live international spot price, updated every hour and converted to your currency. A dealer margin is added to each bar. Because the market moves, the price can change between visits.
The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.
04
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and receive your payment in full. We may refuse or cancel an order if:
•
a price or product was shown incorrectly because of a technical or pricing error;
•
payment is not received or cannot be confirmed;
•
we suspect fraud, or an identity or compliance check is not completed;
•
the product is no longer available.
If we cancel an order for one of these reasons, we return any amount you paid for it.
05
You can pay by bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard. Metal is only allocated to your vault once your payment has been received in full. If a bank transfer is not received within the time shown on your order, we may cancel the order.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers on our website.
06
If you choose “Store it in my vault (free)” at checkout, we hold your metal on your behalf:
•
there is no charge for storage, however long you keep your metal with us;
•
your metal is recorded in grams against your account and shown in My Vault;
•
the value shown in My Vault is an indication based on the live market price, not an offer to buy;
•
if we find an error in your vault record, we may correct it and will tell you when we do.
07
If you choose “Ship it to me”, your order is first recorded in your vault, then prepared and shipped to your address with trusted couriers such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Tracking details appear in My Vault once your parcel is dispatched.
You can also request delivery of stored metal from My Vault at any time. Our team will contact you to confirm the address, cost and timing. Unless we say otherwise, delivery charges, insurance and any import duties or taxes are payable by you.
Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us about any problem within 48 hours of delivery.
08
You can sell metal held in your vault back to us at any time:
•
submit a sell request from My Vault; the minimum sale is 1 gram;
•
the live price is fixed when you submit and held for 24 hours while our team reviews your request;
•
we verify your identity before your first sale;
•
once approved, we pay you by bank transfer, mobile money or PayPal, to an account in your own name;
•
we may decline or delay a sale if verification is incomplete or we have a compliance concern.
09
Bullion prices change with the market, so once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. You can always sell your metal back to us at the live price instead. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains this in full.
10
We follow anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing laws. We may ask for proof of identity, proof of address or information about the source of your funds, and we may delay, refuse or report a transaction where the law requires it.
11
The value of gold and silver can go down as well as up, and past performance is not a guide to the future. We do not give investment, tax or legal advice. If you are unsure whether buying bullion is right for you, please speak to an independent adviser.
12
We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by market price movements, events outside our reasonable control, or indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
14
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its date. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
15
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction over any dispute.
